Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Eterna you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Eterna is
Eterna is a wellness tool that helps you record supplements, medications, meals, lab reports and wearable data, and generates AI-assisted schedules and suggestions based on the information you provide.
Not medical advice
Eterna is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated identifications, timings, dosages, interaction warnings and lab interpretations may be incomplete or wrong. Always verify with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing any medication or supplement. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 16 years old to use Eterna.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
- Do not use the app to diagnose or treat other people.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Connected services
Connecting Google Fit, Whoop, Oura or any other provider is optional and governed by that provider's own terms. You may disconnect at any time in Settings. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eterna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Eterna and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
